With Create-A-Book, support is no more than phone call or an email away. With other software companies, support is usually an add-on expense or involves leaving messages and waiting a few days for a reply. Not so with us!

From the beginning, we have created a Dealer Support model that is friendly and always easily accessible.

At the same time, you can expect to receive support from other dealers. Experienced veteran dealers are more than happy to share tips and suggestions. Also, as part of our business model, Create-A-Book does not distribute any products on its own so you’re not competing with the parent company.

You can become a part of a larger community, working towards a common cause to promote literacy. You have the opportunity to partner with The Young Readers Council to distribute books to children.
